Congratulations to Peter Albaugh from Summit Township Volunteer Fire Department in Crawford County, Western Region for being awarded the 2012 Keystone Educator of the Year Award. 1st Vice President Allen Clark presented the plaque to Pete at the SWAB Meeting on November 18th. Pete is active in the KCFSI, a great instructor, advocate for fire prevention, encourages legislative involvement, and leads by example.
