In memory of Fred McCutcheon, the KCFSI has sponsored a brick on the Walk of Honor located on the National Fire Academy campus in Emmitsburg. The brick walkway links the official National Fallen Firefighters Monument, honoring all fallen heroes, to the historic firefighters chapel as it winds its way through the new National Memorial Park, site of the annual national memorial service.
